Should all reservations be taken, we still keep over 50 seats available for walk-ins at the bar, in the gallery, and at high tables. Just drop by—we may have a short wait.

Please note the following reservation policy:
1. All our evening reservation slots are limited for a total of 2 hours. All our lunch reservation slots are limited for a total of 1,25 hours.
2. Please note that we do not take table requests into consideration.
3. If you are running late or are unable to keep your reservation, we kindly ask you to inform us in writing at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that we can only hold reserved tables for a maximum of 15 minutes.
4. For changes to the number of reserved persons, please inform us in writing at least 24 hours in advance
5. Please understand that in the case of unreported changes to the number of persons, no-shows, or cancellations within 24 hours prior to the reservation time, a cancellation fee of €50 per person will be charged. Cancellations or changes must be made in writing to info@schneggarei.com at least 24 hours before the reservation.
6. Please note that each reserved seat must be occupied at the agreed reservation time. After a grace period of 15 minutes, we reserve the right to adjust the reservation size accordingly and, if necessary, fill the vacant seats with other guests.
7. Please understand that for reservations of 8 or more people, splitting the bill (dividing the bill per person) is no longer possible due to time constraints.
8. Due to the limited number of smaller tables, it may happen that you will share a larger table with other friendly guests.
9. For reservations of more than 14 people, we kindly ask you to contact us exclusively via email (info@schneggarei.com) for organizational reasons. If you attempt to bypass the maximum allowed number of people for online reservations (14 people) by making multiple bookings, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without prior notice.
10. Please note that reservations made by phone can only be canceled via email for organizational reasons.
11. If you would like to have fondue or raclette, please let us know in writing 48 hours prior to your reservation via info@schneggarei.com.
12. Kitchen & Pizza Hours: Kitchen: 12:00–14:00 and 18:30–21:45 | Afternoon Menu: 14:00–17:00 | Pizza: 12:00–14:30 and 18:30–22:30 Pizza is available continuously from Wednesday to Sunday.
13. Please note that occasional photo and video recordings may be taken in our restaurant for marketing purposes and published on our online and social media channels. By making a reservation and visiting our restaurant, you agree that you may appear in these recordings. If you do not wish to be included, please inform our staff on site.
14. On reserved tables we do have a compulsory cover charge.
15. Please check in with our staff under the name of your reservation. Otherwise, we will not be able to verify your attendance, and no-show fees may apply as stated above. Thank you for your understanding!
